Why don’t psychologists have access to similar tools to personal trainers?

Personal trainers have hundreds of apps and implements they can use to distribute their workout and nutrition curricula, this is great for people who want already compensate a teach as they are more accountable and the trainer can move what they are doing more closely.

Why don’t mental health professionals have similar tools? Something they can share certificates, Mental health plans and strategies etc with their clients. There’s plenty of apps were individuals can track their moods and write memoes, but nothing where their psychologist has access and can see all this data in a dashboard. I don’t realize why if that’s helpful for physical health, it wouldn’t be helpful for mental health professionals?

If anyone is a mental health professional and finds this interesting message me!

Is this something any someones feel like they’d benefit from?

Just a thought
