I wasn’t sure which sub I should announce. I’ll keep it short!
My fiance and I are discontinuing smoking and determined to tackle his indigestion. We mostly want to eat better for overall state. We don’t eat terribly, but can certainly lent more results veggies, etc.
I’m trying to figure out a dinner project and grocery list. Where I get overwhelmed is finding recipes that can use up similar ingredients so they don’t go bad in the fridge. I detest buying something for a recipe, use a little bit of it then never use again.
I guess what I’m asking is, is there such a thing where I can find an arrangement of healthy recipes that a person could follow for a week with same parts that they are able to all get used only?
Sorry this is so vague, I’m brutal at banquet scheduling. Any help and advice would be greatly realized!
