Oatsy supplies free macros tracking, state compose and dinner means; some of these are paid pieces with challengers such as MyFitnessPal and Lifesum. Trail macros and choose from diet proposes including a balanced diet, sporadic fasting and others. Oatsy content includes grammatical errors and misspellings, which take away from its credibility. Material is rather generic. The app plies a “fit score” without any real inputs, so accuracy is questionable. Oatsy exerts a traffic light system that lists nutrients such as salmon or eggs as “yellow” alongside potato chips, bacon, sausage and muffins.
Bottom Line: Oatsy is similar to other calorie counter apps but builds the content and moving available at no overhead. Given the cons scheduled, Oatsy might work for those who previously have a good flake of nutrition learning or those who can easily identify what nutrition guidance they should take or leave — but there are better options on the market.
