I used one of those magnitudes that tell you your body senility, which I think is more related to metabolism rate? I’m not sure. But while I am 24, it says my figure is 38. I have always practised, contribute a healthier life-style than the Average Joe, exercise daily, etc. I don’t know what’s wrong and I am at a loss to which expert to look for.
I am currently doing a weight loss diet with a nutritionist because I have gained a few quilos in the last few months but I had done this scaling before that as well and it was similar. Any help or detailed information on what form senility( on those proportions) means and how to lower it would be appreciated.
