Eat mainly seasonal outcome, vegetables, nuts, seeds, and grains.Eat according to your organisation, or dosha.Fast for one day every two weeksEstablish a regular eating routineEliminate or restriction caffeinated, carbonated, and alcoholic beverages from your life.
