I’m watching the Fat Fiction documentary and if you don’t know it promotes a ketogenic nutrition; implying high overweight low-toned carbs.
While I do see how carbs are harmful, I anticipate moderate entire wheat fractions are fine.
I’m any case, I conceive the biggest conflicting notion is one that are contributing to saturated overweight. They say that saturated overweight has no tie to heart disease and does not cause atherosclerosis. I just don’t feel like I can get behind it though; I am nowhere near reassured lard is a part of a healthful food.
So what are you thoughts on the documentary/ keto/ saturated fattens?
