What are the constants in your diet?

Regardless of your goal, what are the things that don’t change in your nutrition?

My constants are

Absolutely no snacking or fizzy juice

Every morning I have overnight oats( alpro coconut milk, grassland oats, scoop of coconut whey pulverization, chia grains and mingled frozen return, its magnificent !)

Supplement a multivitamin, vit d3 and creatine each day

I don’t prevent any types e.g keto or veggie nutritions. Nor do I ever really eat hope chicken and rice, if I’m edit misfortune still establish my beloved banquets fit in!
