What is the underlying middle ground reason all these different diets work for people?

Various claims from vegan to keto to carnivore to blood type diet to inserting women’s urine all realise the same claims from it’s successors.

They all say the same things like weight loss, reduced inflammation, vigor, achievement etc but if vegans say carnivores are killing themselves and vice versa, more both are getting arises, what is the middle ground task their both achieving?

Is it simply eating at a caloric deficit? Is being generally lean beneficial for state and protective against health risks regardless of food choice?

It seems so bizarre that a chopped vegan, a chopped carnivore and a chopped cyclical keto party can all argue tooth and nail more stand there in great state without recognizing a clearly defined middle ground they’re all doing.
