I run a fitness blog that specializations in weightlifting. A lot of my readers ask me about nutrition/ snack prepping but I don’t feel qualified to give any admonition as I haven’t studied nutrition in any formal way. I probably know enough to help them, but I wouldn’t feel cozy doing so until I am 100% confidence that what I say is correct.
My question if very simple- if I wanted to learn everything there was to know about house meal a blueprint for weight loss/ profit muscle, what would be the best source to learn? Is there a specific textbook bible that everyone recommends?
Also, legally resident, do I need some sort of certification to build meal plans for people?
